In September 2018, I spent the day at Les Cols, in the Garrotxa natural park, on the way to the Pyrenees from Girona. A magical place, where food (two Michelin stars) merges with nature (their own vegetable garden in the Vall de Bianya) and architecture (Pritzker Prize-winning RCR Arquitectes). The restaurant is to be found in the 15th century family masia where owner and chef Finca Puigdevall was born.
